What is your return policy?We are not able to accept physical returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right! Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. It is recommended that you closely inspect your order upon receipt. For order issues, please contact us via Live Chat, our Contact Form, our by emaling us at letstalk@4giftmenots.com, within 14 days of receiving our order. When reaching out, please be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Damages: In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, we will ship you a replacement. If no replacement is available, we will issue you a refund or store credit. However, you must send images of any reported damages to letstalk@4giftmenots.com. All shipments include shipping insurance and this will allow us to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Order Errors: We apologize for any error made on your order. We hope you give us the chance to make it right. We will immediately send any missing items. If items are no longer available, we will issue you a refund or store credit. You may report any errors via Live Chat, our Contact Form, or by emailing us at letstalk@4giftmenots.com. Holiday Extension Policy: For orders placed 11/15-12/31, any order issues may be reported within 28 days of receiving your order.

What is your shipping policy?Currently, we only ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). All orders over $75 qualify for free shipping via USPS. For orders under $75, there is a flat shipping fee of $8. Express shipping is available either via UPS or FedEx and is subject to each carrier’s real time rates. Note: Due to the impact of COVID on shipping carriers and transportation availability, there may be up to a one week delay in shipment. This is out of our control, but we apologize for any convenience this may cause.

Crystals are fragile…how will they be protected during shipment?We love Mama Earth! In an effort to lighten her load, we pack orders using recycled junk mail. It makes wonderful void fill and works great at preventing items from being damaged in transit. While we still have to use some plastic to protect your cargo, at least 60% of it is reused.
